Why are some sounds short when playing high notes while others aren't?
Some sounds in Luma are one-shot based, while others are multi-sampled.
One-shots are single recordings that get faster and shorter as you play higher notes. That’s why they can feel very short in the upper octaves.
Multi-sampled sounds, on the other hand, are recorded across different pitches, so their length stays more consistent across the keyboard.
